Miscellaneous Professional Services - Annual

Lee County, Florida is seeking bids from qualified individuals or firms to provide miscellaneous professional services on an annual basis, as detailed in the attached solicitation. The selected vendor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary labor, services, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, transportation, skills, and incidentals required to fulfill the needs of Lee County, Fort Myers, Florida, in strict accordance with the solicitation documents, including technical specifications and/or the defined scope of work. This contract is being solicited under the Consultant Competitive Negotiation Act (CN), and the County intends to select a vendor through a competitive proposal process. Proposers are cautioned that obtaining documents from sources other than this official website may result in an incomplete solicitation package. Interested individuals or firms must submit their sealed proposals in accordance with the provided specifications. Proposals should be delivered either electronically via Ion Wave or hand-delivered to the Procurement Management Director at 2115 Second Street, 1st Floor, Fort Myers, FL 33901, prior to the specified deadline. Hand-delivered proposals must be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked with the solicitation name, solicitation number, bidder name, and contact information as outlined in the solicitation documents. Bidders are required to download the Bid Invitation, complete all Attributes, Bid Lines if applicable, and Supplier Information, and ensure all requested attachments are included. The Bid Invitation must be signed and dated. All sealed proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Lee County Procurement Management Division office for the purpose of selecting a vendor for this contract.
