Background
The Palm Beach County, Florida is seeking proposals for the construction management at risk services for the Medical Examiner’s Office Building Expansion project. The project includes the construction of a new approximately 10,000sf administrative building, conversion of the existing 5,815sf administrative building into morgue space, and a new parking structure to serve the expanded facility and replace surface parking lost within the footprint of the planned improvements. The preliminary construction cost is estimated at $16,000,000.
