McKay Bay Waste to Energy (WTE) Facility Quality Audits and CO2 Sampling Program (Bid Discount)

Background
The City of Tampa is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the McKay Bay Waste to Energy (WTE) Facility Quality Audits and CO2 Sampling Program under Bid No. 26-P-00197.

The Solid Waste & Environmental Program Management Department aims to ensure compliance with environmental standards and improve operational efficiency through this contract.

Work Details
The Awardee will be responsible for conducting quality audits and CO2 sampling at the McKay Bay Waste to Energy Facility. This includes providing all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, data analysis, reporting, analytical supplies, supervision, permits, organization, travel, hotel accommodations, field-testing, and any other items required for the successful execution of the project.

Specific tasks include:
1. Performing quality audits as per the technical specifications outlined in the bid documents.
2. Conducting CO2 sampling in accordance with environmental regulations and standards.
3. Delivering comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommendations based on audit results.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to last for one year, with options for renewal for up to four additional one-year periods at the City's discretion.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the McKay Bay Waste to Energy Facility located at 107 N 34th St, Tampa, FL 33605.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be certified as a Small Local Business Enterprise (SLBE) prior to the bid opening date to qualify for a bid discount. Additionally, bidders must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and possess any necessary licenses or registrations required to perform the work specified.
