MAT-BACTISTA/1621 Bacteriological Sampling Stations

Background
The City of Punta Gorda is issuing this solicitation for the purchase of permanent bacteriological sampling stations intended for use at the Water Treatment Plant.
The goal of this contract is to enhance water quality monitoring capabilities in alignment with the city's mission to provide safe and reliable water services to its residents.

Work Details
The contract involves supplying 12 units of permanent bacteriological sampling stations that meet the following specifications:
- Designed for all climates with a maximum burial depth of 3 feet or less.
- Features a 1-inch FIP inlet and a 1/2-inch unthreaded sampling point.
- Constructed with a lockable cast-aluminum enclosure and all stainless steel working parts and waterways.
- Must be freeze-proof and fully serviceable from above ground.
- Must be NSF 61 certified.
- The proposed product must meet or exceed the Kupferle Eclipse #24 model or an equivalent.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon award. Delivery of the products must be completed within a specified timeframe as agreed upon in the final contract terms.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the Water Treatment Plant located at 38100 Washington Loop Road, Punta Gorda, FL 33982.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all requirements outlined in the solicitation package, including providing a copy of the manufacturer's warranty, acknowledging compliance with E-Verify for employment eligibility, and submitting all required City forms as part of their bid response.
