Managed Print Services

The School Board of Martin County, Florida is soliciting proposals from qualified, experienced firms to provide a multi-year refresh project of older or unsupported printer models for the managed print solution functions to District schools, support sites, and offices. The intent is to purchase hardware for a one price solution per impression that includes toner, technical service, support, and replacement parts required to keep the devices fully operational for an initial three year period with two (1) year renewal periods.
