Background
The Palm Beach County Facilities Development and Operations Department, Capital Improvements Division, is inviting quotes/bids for the Main Branch Library (Summit) - Chiller Replacement project. The project involves replacing one 80-ton air-cooled chiller at the Main Branch Library (Summit). The project is subject to S/M/WBE requirements and bonding requirements.

Work Details
The project involves replacing one 80-ton 'like for like' air-cooled chiller at the Main Branch Library (Summit). The scope of work includes replacing the chiller and all related equipment, such as valves, buffer tank, expansion tank, and pumps.
The contractors are required to attend a Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting to review the project requirements. Qualification of contractors is required in order to bid for projects under this Annual Contract. The estimated cost of the project is $465,500.00.
