Landfill Topographic & Aerial Survey Services - Re-Solicit

Background
The Escambia County Waste Services Department, located at 13009 Beulah Road, Cantonment, FL, is seeking proposals from certified surveyors to provide topographic surveying services for the Perdido Landfill site. The department utilizes contour maps to visualize landfill progress and support future development. The purpose of this solicitation is to accurately map the existing topography of the landfill, which spans approximately 378 acres.

Work Details
The contractor will provide topographic surveying services over a period of 3 years with an option to renew for an additional 2 years (1 year at a time). The work will be performed bi-monthly, totaling six surveys each fiscal year. Deliverables include:
- LiDAR survey with control points covering ~378 acres (control point quantity determined by contractor)
- 1-foot contours in .dwg / .shp file format
- Digital Terrain Model (DTM) file
- Digital Surface Model (DSM) file
- Digital Elevation Model (DEM) file
- XML point cloud file
- Aerial imagery
- Signed survey report from a certified surveyor.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will last for 36 months, with options for two additional one-year renewals.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Perdido Landfill site located in Escambia County, Florida.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be certified surveyors and are required to comply with all provisions outlined in the RFQ. Subcontracting is permitted but must adhere to all contract requirements including insurance and registration with Sunbiz.
