Description

The District is requesting Bid Submittals from firms licensed in the state of Florida to provide all materials/equipment (see Appendix A, Major Equipment List) and labor necessary to ensure eight sites are programmed for remote operations. The District maintains the Campbell LoggerNet software application. The Contractor is to ensure all sites are operable through this system as the Human Machine Interface (HMI) for District staff. No portion of the work will be considered complete or approved, until consistent gate operation via LoggerNet are demonstrated as described in the Statement of Work.

Background
The St. Johns River Water Management District is seeking bids for the Lake Apopka North Shore Pump Station Remote Control project. The District's mission involves managing water resources and ensuring environmental protection in the region.

The goal of this contract is to provide remote operation capabilities for eight pump stations using the Campbell LoggerNet software application, which serves as the Human Machine Interface (HMI) for District staff.

Work Details
The contractor will supply all necessary materials and equipment, as outlined in Appendix A (Major Equipment List), and labor to ensure that eight designated sites are programmed for remote operations.

The contractor must demonstrate consistent gate operation via LoggerNet before any portion of the work is considered complete or approved. Specific sites include:
- Marsh Flow-way Pump Station
- Duda Pump Station
- Duda Alum Treatment System
- Unit 1 Pump Station
- Unit 2 Pump Station
- Unit 2 Alum Treatment System
- Interconnect Pump Station
- Phase 4 Pump Station.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the agreement requires all work to be completed by September 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations within the Lake Apopka North Shore area in Florida.
