Background
The Florida Department of Health (DOH) of Palm Beach County has a need for an annual maintenance service agreement and repairs for its three existing Kone KCM831 five-story elevator systems. These systems were engineered and installed by Kone Inc., the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the elevators.
