Background
The Florida Department of Management Services is seeking to award a Single Source Contract to K10 Vision, Inc. for the provision of internal audit management and investigative case management software. This decision is made in accordance with Florida Statutes and aims to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Office of Inspector General (OIG) by providing necessary technology for internal audits.

Work Details
K10 Vision, Inc. will provide K10 Vision Audit and Risk Management Software licenses, user training, maintenance support, and hosting services. The software will include functionalities such as risk assessment, audit planning, scheduling, timekeeping, audit program development, program templates, workpapers, audit findings, recommendations, management responses, reporting, and audit follow-up.

The total cost for the contract is $131,666 over five years:
- Year 1: $64,330 (including implementation)
- Year 2: $15,622 (maintenance and support fees)
- Year 3: $16,404 (maintenance and support fees)
- Year 4: $17,224 (maintenance and support fees)
- Year 5: $18,086 (maintenance and support fees).

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of five years starting from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Florida Department of Management Services located at 4050 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee, Florida.

Bidder Requirements
K10 Vision Inc. is identified as the sole provider of the K10 Vision Audit Management Software with no authorized resellers. The Department has determined that no other vendor can provide a comparable solution that meets their specific needs for internal audit management.
