Background
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office (JSO) is seeking to renew its PADTRAX software maintenance agreement for the period from September 1, 2025, through August 31, 2026. The purpose of this contract is to ensure continued technical support and maintenance for the PADTRAX software system used by JSO.

Work Details
The contract includes the following services:

1. PADTRAX Software Maintenance - This includes a server license for the PADTRAX software along with technical support for the duration of the contract (9/1/25 - 8/31/26).

2. Annual PADTRAX Hardware Maintenance - This covers maintenance for hardware components associated with the PADTRAX system during the same period. Specific items mentioned include:
- (9) ALR-H460 Alien Handhelds
- (15) RF-2400 RFID Block Readers
- (20) RFID Readers
- (9) S1010F RFID Thin Antennas
- (14) SENSRF-101 RFID Thick Antennas
- (10) ZD500R RFID Label Printers

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2026.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at JSO's location at 501 East Bay Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be legally authorized to do business in Duval County and comply with all minimum requirements specified in the bid documents. They must provide proof of applicable local business licenses and demonstrate experience on similar projects.
