Work Details
The contract includes the renewal of two specific services:
1) Social Media Archiving - Enterprise at a capacity of 30K, which includes an annual 5% uplift;
2) Transitioning from a capacity of 20K to 30K for Social Media Archiving, effective from May 28, 2025, through September 30, 2028. The services must be provided in accordance with all specifications outlined in the bid documents.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution of the purchase order and will continue until completion and acceptance of the stated scope of work, specifically from May 28, 2025, through September 30, 2028.

The services will be performed at the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office located at 501 East Bay Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202.

Bidder Requirements
