Joint Use and Streetlight Attachments Inventory Audit

OUC is requesting proposals from qualified suppliers to conduct a comprehensive inventory audit of OUC's foreign attachments on joint use and streetlight poles, utilizing existing GIS geo data. The scope of work includes a field audit of approximately 55,000 joint use poles with more than 77,000 foreign attachments, as well as an audit of approximately 35,000 streetlight poles. The purpose of this audit is to count and verify all joint use poles, joint use attachments, streetlights, streetlight poles, and other streetlight-related equipment located on OUC assets and vertical infrastructure. This process will also confirm the accuracy of OUC's maps for gathering location data. OUC (Orlando Utilities Commission) is the entity requesting this service. Suppliers must ensure that their audit thoroughly covers all specified assets and provides accurate verification of the existing data.
