Job Order Contracting (JOC) Services

Scope of Work:
Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) is seeking sealed proposals from qualified contractors to deliver a wide range of services under its Job Order Contracting (JOC) program. The selected contractors will be responsible for:

• General Construction
• Roofing
• Plumbing
• Paving
• Electrical
• Mechanical/HVAC
• Low Voltage Electrical Services

These services will be performed at various OCPS facilities throughout Orange County, Florida.

Requesting Entity:
This solicitation is issued by Orange County Public Schools (OCPS).

Background:
The purpose of this RFP is to establish a pool of qualified contractors who can provide timely and comprehensive construction and maintenance services as part of OCPS' ongoing facility needs. The Job Order Contracting (JOC) program is designed to streamline the procurement and execution of these services across OCPS properties.

Contract Requirements:
Respondents must be qualified to perform the specified services and should be able to demonstrate relevant experience and capability in the following areas:

• General Construction
• Roofing
• Plumbing
• Paving
• Electrical
• Mechanical/HVAC
• Low Voltage Electrical

All work will be conducted in accordance with OCPS standards and requirements at facilities located within Orange County, Florida.
