Background
The Jacksonville Fire & Rescue Department (JFRD) is seeking to establish a blanket purchase order for medical waste removal, disposal, and documentation services. This initiative aims to ensure the safe and compliant handling of medical waste generated by the department's operations. The contract will cover the period from October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:

1. Blanket Order for Medical Waste Removal, Disposal, and Complete Documentation Manifest from October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025. The quoted prices should represent the yearly amount (12 months).

2. Monthly Service Fee for Pickup and Disposal of Medical Waste from a single location, involving a total of 750 (96 Gallon) containers annually with 52 stops/pickups.

3. Additional Stop Charge if needed.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a one-year period from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Jacksonville Fire & Rescue Department located at 355 Ellis Road South, Jacksonville, FL 32254.
