Background
The Jacksonville Fire & Rescue Department (JFRD) is seeking a vendor to review records from 2024 and prepare a report for the year 2025. This initiative aims to ensure that operational, training, and readiness records are accurately assessed and documented as part of JFRD's ongoing commitment to maintaining high standards in fire and rescue services.

Work Details
The vendor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Review 2024 records including Operational Records, Training Records, Apparatus Readiness, and GIS mapping.
2. Review current Alternate Water sites for their annual site inspection.
3. Assess new fire protection service areas created by the addition of fire stations built within the past five years.

The work will be conducted at the JFRD office located at 515 North Julia Street, 3rd Floor, Jacksonville, FL 32202.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon execution of the purchase order or contract and will continue until completion and acceptance of the stated scope of work.

The services will be performed at the Jacksonville Fire & Rescue Department office located at 515 North Julia Street, 3rd Floor, Jacksonville, FL 32202.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be legally authorized to do business in Duval County and comply with all minimum requirements for this bid. They must provide proof of applicable local business licenses and demonstrate experience on similar projects. Additionally, bidders must certify that no official or employee of the City has a material financial interest in their company.
