Background
The Jacksonville Fire & Rescue Department (JFRD) of the City of Jacksonville, Florida is seeking to purchase cardiac monitors and accessories to enhance their emergency medical services. The goal of this procurement is to ensure that JFRD has the necessary equipment to provide effective patient care during emergencies.

Work Details
JFRD is looking to purchase 2 cardiac monitors, specifically the X Series Monitor/Defibrillator which includes features such as 12-Lead ECG, Pacing, NIBP, Sp02, EtC02, and CPR Expansion Pack. Additionally, the procurement includes:

- 4 rechargeable SurePower II Smart Batteries
- 2 Masimo rainbow® RC-4 - 4FT reusable EMS patient cables
- 2 reusable sensors (M-LNCS DCI)

- Monitor/Defibrillator - PN: 601-2221011-01 X
- Smart Battery - PN: 000-0580-01

Period of Performance
The contract will be executed upon the issuance of a purchase order and will continue until all items have been delivered and accepted by JFRD.

The delivery location for the cardiac monitors and accessories is specified as 355 Ellis Road South, Jacksonville, FL 32254.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be legally authorized to do business in Duval County and comply with all minimum requirements for this bid. They must provide proof of applicable local business licenses and demonstrate experience on similar projects.
