Background
The Jacksonville Fire & Rescue Department (JFRD) is seeking a blanket purchase order for lawn maintenance services at multiple fire station locations. The goal of this contract is to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the landscaping at these facilities, which is essential for operational readiness and community appearance.

Work Details
The contractor will provide lawn maintenance services at 56 JFRD fire stations from April 2024 through September 2024. This includes six applications of necessary treatments as specified in the attached scope of work.

The services required include mowing, trimming, edging, fertilization, weed control, and any other related landscaping tasks as outlined in the specifications provided with the bid documents.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on April 1, 2024, and conclude on September 30, 2024.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various fire station locations throughout Jacksonville, Florida.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be legally authorized to conduct business in Duval County and comply with all local business license requirements. Additionally, bidders are encouraged to utilize Jacksonville Small and Emerging Businesses (JSEBs) in their subcontracting efforts.

Proof of applicable licenses and experience on similar projects must be submitted with the bid.
