Work Details
The contractor will provide a secure, cloud-based solution for online library card registration. This includes:
- Online workflows for applicants to register for library cards.
- In-branch workflows that allow staff to assist with registrations.
- Identity verification processes to confirm the identity and address of applicants.
- The contract is renewable annually for five years, allowing the City flexibility in maintaining the service.

Period of Performance
The initial period of performance will be one year, with four additional one-year renewal options available, subject to approval from both the supplier and the City of Jacksonville.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be legally authorized to do business in Duval County and comply with all minimum requirements outlined in the bid documents.
