Background
The City of Jacksonville's Office of Sports & Entertainment is seeking proposals for the management and maintenance of the Jacksonville Jazz Festival website. This festival, which occurs annually over Memorial Day weekend, has a rich history of attracting tens of thousands of music lovers and features prominent artists. The goal of this contract is to ensure the website effectively communicates festival information, promotes events, and engages with the community.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the existing Jacksonville Jazz Festival website, which includes:

1. Providing comprehensive festival information;
2. Clearly communicating talent lineup and schedule;
3. Featuring ancillary events and community programming;
4. Promoting Premium Experience packages;
5. Providing attendee resources;
6. Supporting vendor participation;
7. Promoting sponsorship opportunities;
8. Fostering community engagement;
9. Communicating real-time updates;
10. Ensuring accessibility and mobile responsiveness;
11. Enabling performance tracking and data collection;
12. Providing media resources;
13. Supporting multi-phase event planning.

The website must be built on a user-friendly CMS (currently WordPress), optimized for mobile devices, integrated with social media, and compliant with ADA standards.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the agreement will commence upon execution of the contract through September 30, 2025, with four one-year renewal options.

Place of Performance
The majority of services shall be performed within Duval County, Florida.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide proof of applicable local business licenses, submit a summary of their company qualifications, provide digital wireframes or mockups of site pages, recent website development examples, and proof of project management software platform usage.
