Jacksonville Jazz Festival Website Management

Background
The City of Jacksonville's Office of Sports & Entertainment is seeking proposals for the management and maintenance of the Jacksonville Jazz Festival website. The festival, which takes place annually over Memorial Day weekend, has a rich history of attracting thousands of music lovers and showcasing renowned artists. The goal of this contract is to ensure the website effectively communicates festival information, promotes events, and engages the community.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for:

1. Maintaining and supporting the existing festival website built on a user-friendly CMS platform (currently WordPress).

2. Implementing branding and layout updates as directed by the Office of Sports & Entertainment (OSE).

3. Providing comprehensive festival information, including talent lineup, schedule, ancillary events, and attendee resources.

4. Promoting Premium Experience packages and managing ticket sales while ensuring general admission remains free.

5. Ensuring accessibility and mobile responsiveness in compliance with ADA standards.

6. Utilizing analytics tools for performance tracking and data collection.

7. Transitioning the existing website to a new hosting environment while minimizing downtime.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the agreement will commence upon execution of the contract through September 30, 2025, with four one-year renewal options available.

Place of Performance
Services will primarily be performed within Duval County, Florida.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide proof of applicable local business licenses and demonstrate experience in similar projects. They must also submit a summary of their company qualifications, digital wireframes or mockups of site pages, recent website development examples, and proof of project management software usage.
