Invitation to Bid BDC13-25/26 Oleta River State Park Ranger Roof Replacement

Background
The Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Design and Construction, is issuing this solicitation for the project titled 'Oleta River State Park – Ranger Roof Replacement'.

The goal of this contract is to replace the roofing of the Ranger Station at Oleta River State Park, ensuring compliance with green building standards where applicable.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and permitting necessary to replace the roofing of the Ranger Station as per the contract documents.

A Builder’s Risk insurance policy is required for this project and must be included in the bid price. Additionally, bidders must provide a copy of their biennial pre-qualification letter from FDEP’s Bureau of Design and Construction. If not pre-qualified, bidders must submit a current State Contractor license certification or registration along with a current Corporate Charter registration with their bid.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to be performed from January 13, 2026, following bid submission, with specific timelines detailed in the contract documents.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Oleta River State Park located at 3400 NE 163rd ST, North Miami Beach, FL 33160.

Bidder Requirements
