Intended Single Source Purchase of Maintenance, Purchasing and Support Services of Solacom suite of products and services

Background
This solicitation is issued by the Alachua County Board of County Commissioners for the intended single source purchase of maintenance, purchasing, and support services for the Solacom suite of products and services.

4. Support for the Guardian Map system and any additional components, modules, upgrades, or enhancements related to the Guardian systems.
5. All products must be procured through AK Associates to ensure compatibility and continuity of operations within the Communications Center as per existing support agreements.

Period of Performance
The contract will be executed over a period of three years, with specific service provisions outlined for each year.

Bidder Requirements
The procurement is designated as a single source acquisition, meaning that only AK Associates will be considered for this contract due to their status as the sole authorized provider for purchasing and direct support with the manufacturer of the Guardian systems.
