Integrated Pest Management Services

Work Requested:
The School District of St. Lucie County is seeking written proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Services throughout the district. The scope of work includes:

• Interior and perimeter pest control for all district buildings.
• Service coverage for a minimum of 41 schools, 411 buses, and additional district locations.
• Potential addition of more schools and structures during the contract period at comparable pricing based on square footage.
• Treatment areas include all offices, classrooms, custodial rooms, libraries, and any other rooms at each school site.
• Food Service Departments, including kitchens, storerooms, restrooms, manager's offices, garbage areas, and dining areas.
• Other areas such as bathrooms, dishwashing areas, laundry areas, and cafeteria spaces as needed.
• Exterior perimeter treatment of all buildings for ants and roaches.

Note: Termite services are not included in this solicitation.

Background:
The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to secure firm pricing and establish a term contract for pest control services as detailed above. The award will cover a broad range of district facilities and may expand to include additional locations as needed.

Contract Requirements:
The selected contractor must be able to provide IPM services to all specified areas, with the flexibility to add new locations at a consistent rate. Services must address both interior and exterior pest control needs, excluding termite treatment.
