Background

The contractor will be responsible for replacing the insulation at the Lauderdale Memorial Park Cemetery workshop located at 2001 SW 4th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315. The work must adhere to the technical specifications and referenced drawings provided in Exhibit 1 of the solicitation.

The contractor is expected to familiarize themselves with the scope of work and requirements prior to submitting a bid.

Period of Performance
The contractor shall start work within two weeks after the City-approved purchase order has been issued and complete the project within five weeks after the project start date.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess a State of Florida Certified General Contractor license or an equivalent Broward County Contractor license.
