Background
The City of Jacksonville is seeking a qualified firm to provide Information Technology Research and Advisory Services. The goal of this contract is to enhance the capabilities of the City’s Information Technology Solutions office by leveraging expert insights and advisory support.
Work Details
The services to be provided include:
- Unlimited calls, emails, meetings, and research for the duration of the term.
- Complimentary admission for one City employee to educational conferences and/or webinars.
- Access to an IT Leadership Team consisting of two users (Team Leader and Team Member).
- Deliverables such as IT podcast series, diagnostic tools, templates, case studies, individual inquiries, selected supplier reports, team inquiries, weekly picks and news analysis, and tickets for the IT Summit Conference.
The contract will also include a one-year renewal option.
Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be from May 1, 2026, through April 30, 2027.
Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed within Duval County, Florida.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be legally authorized to do business in Duval County and comply with all minimum requirements specified in the solicitation. They must provide proof of applicable local business licenses and demonstrate experience on similar projects. Additionally, bidders must certify that no official or employee of the City has a material financial interest in their company.
