Palm Beach County, through its Board of County Commissioners and the Planning, Zoning & Building Division, is seeking proposals for Information Technology (IT) Project Management Services for the implementation of a new Land Management Software (LMS) system. Work Details
The selected proposer will provide a full-time onsite IT Project Manager who will perform pre-implementation services and manage the implementation of the LMS. Key responsibilities include:

Proposers must demonstrate at least 10 years of IT project management experience, including 5 years in SaaS and enterprise software deployments. They must also provide references from similar projects completed within the last ten years. Proposers are required to comply with local business certifications and submit a Drug-Free Workplace Certification. If subcontractors are used, they must also be registered as vendors in the County's Vendor Self-Service system.
