Improvements to Lake Worth RD FM - West & LS 5195

Background
The Board of County Commissioners of Palm Beach County, Florida, is issuing a solicitation for the Improvements to Lake Worth Road Force Main - West and Lift Station 5195 Demolition under PBCWUD Project No. 20-076.

The project aims to enhance the infrastructure related to water utilities in the region, specifically focusing on the replacement of force main and the demolition of Lift Station 5195.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all materials, labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, fees, expertise, and services necessary to replace the force main in the Lake Worth Road corridor from the west side of Jog Road (through Sherwood Forest Boulevard and Haverhill Road intersections) to Raulerson Drive.

Additionally, work includes:
- Demolition of Lift Station 5195
- Construction of civil works
- Mechanical and structural works
- Restoration of road surfaces
- Installation of piping and valves
- Temporary bypass pumping
- Installation of appurtenances as indicated in the Design Drawings and Technical Specifications.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed and is expected to be completed within a specified timeframe as outlined in the bid documents.

The work will be performed in Palm Beach County, Florida, specifically along Lake Worth Road from Jog Road to Raulerson Drive.
