Background
The Collier County Board of County Commissioners, through its Procurement Services Division, is seeking bids for HVAC parts, supplies, and equipment to support the Facilities Management Division. Work Details
The contract will require the vendor to provide new, unused HVAC parts, supplies, equipment, special-order items, and customized components. All products must meet or exceed manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
Vendors must offer a single fixed percentage discount on List Price applicable to all items within the scope. The vendor is also required to maintain sufficient inventory levels to support routine and urgent operational needs throughout the contract term. Deliveries must be made FOB Destination with no separate delivery charges accepted. The vendor must provide warranty coverage for all products supplied.
Period of Performance
The contract term is intended to be three (3) years with one (1) two-year renewal option.
Place of Performance
All deliveries shall be made to the Facilities Management Division located at Building W, 3335 Tamiami Trail E., Naples, FL 34112.
Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be registered to operate in Florida and Collier County and maintain all necessary licenses and permits. They must have an established retail location within eight (8) miles of the Collier County Government Complex for same-day pickup operations.
Vendors are required to submit proof of insurance coverage as specified in the solicitation documents.
