HVAC & Chiller Maintenance and Warranty Services South, Deerwood & Advanced Technology Center

Background
Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) is soliciting proposals from qualified licensed HVAC/Mechanical Contractor firms to provide maintenance and service for various HVAC equipment at specific College campuses/centers.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the best total value for the college through a fixed Firm Price/Indefinite Quantity Contract.
This solicitation aims to partner with qualified firms that can meet the college's needs.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for maintaining and servicing various HVAC equipment, including but not limited to:
- Chillers (Trane models CVHE500 and CVHF485) located in South Campus Building A and S, with capacities of 500 tons and 485 tons respectively.
- Cooling Towers (Evapco models) located in close proximity to the buildings, each with a capacity of 500 tons.
- Distribution pumps (Bell & Gossett and Armstrong models) for chilled water systems, with varying horsepower ratings.
The services include regular preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and any necessary warranty services as specified in the contract documents.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period is set to commence on or about December 1, 2025, lasting through November 30, 2026.
There are options to extend for up to five additional one-year terms based on satisfactory performance and need.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Florida State College at Jacksonville's South Campus and Deerwood Center.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be licensed mechanical contractors in Florida.
They are required to submit proposals that demonstrate their qualifications and ability to meet the needs outlined in the solicitation.
Additionally, bidders must acknowledge receipt of any addenda issued prior to bid submission.
