Housing Programs Credit Underwriting & Compliance Monitoring

Palm Beach County is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide credit underwriting and compliance monitoring services to various County Housing Programs, including but not limited to those funded through the Palm Beach Housing Bond, the Federal HOME Investments Partnership (HOME) Program, the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Program, and other County housing programs.
