Holiday Park Improvements - Phase II

Background
The City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is seeking bids for construction services at Holiday Park, located at 1150 G. Harold Martin Drive, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304. This project is part of the Parks and Recreation Department's initiative to enhance public parks and recreational facilities. The goal is to improve the park's infrastructure and amenities to better serve the community.

Work Details
The project includes extensive construction services such as:
- Demolition of existing structures including playgrounds, lighting, and fencing;
- Grading and drainage improvements;
- Installation of a new irrigation system;
- Landscaping with new trees, palms, shrubs, and sod;
- Construction of a new playground area with equipment and safety surfacing;

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess appropriate licenses as described in the Contract Documents. Additionally, all subcontractors must comply with the City’s Code of Ordinances at the time of the pre-construction conference.
