Harmony Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) 2 MGD Expansion

The work of the contract involves the expansion of the Harmony Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) to a capacity of 2 million gallons per day (MGD). Qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firms are sought to provide the necessary experience and expertise to complete this project. This solicitation is issued by Tohopekaliga Water Authority (TOHO), an independent special district established under Chapter 189, Florida Statutes, by a special act of the Florida Legislature.
