Goulds Pumps Products and Parts

Background
Sarasota County intends to renew a sole source procurement with Tencarva Machinery Company LLC dba Hudson Pump & Equipment for the provision of Goulds Pumps' products and parts. Per correspondence from ITT Goulds Pumps, dated January 4, 2024, Hudson Pump & Equipment, a division of Tencarva Machinery Company, is the exclusive municipal representative for all sales of ITT Industrial Process products in the state of Florida, which exclusivity applies to ITT Goulds Pumps pumps and repair parts sold under the brand name of Goulds Pumps.

Work Details
The contract involves the provision of Goulds Pumps' products and parts. Any vendor who believes they can provide the goods and/or services described in the attached sole source documentation should respond to this ISS by the specified date. Vendors must complete the attached Intent to Sole Source Response form and respond to this solicitation by clicking 'place offer'. The contract also includes a Vendor Questionnaire section where vendors can confirm their ability to provide the described goods/services.

Period of Performance
The release date for the project is February 15, 2024.
The deadline for questions is February 20, 2024, at 3:00 pm, and the proposal submission deadline is February 21, 2024, at 5:00 pm.
