The City of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, is seeking proposals from qualified Golf Course Consultants to evaluate and improve the operations of the city-owned golf course. The goal is to determine the best management and operational practices for enhancing the golf course's performance.

The City serves a population of approximately 33,402 and is located in Volusia County, Florida. Established in 1887, it operates under a five-member elected City Commission responsible for policy establishment.

Work Details
The consultant will provide technical expertise as an advisor to assist City staff in evaluating current golf course operations. Specific services include:
- Conducting a full operational and market review;
- Analyzing operations, facilities, and programmatic offerings;
- Reviewing marketing materials;
- Surveying stakeholders for feedback;
- Hosting at least one public meeting;
