Background
The Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners is seeking quotes for Generator Repair and Maintenance Services to support public safety operations. The contract aims to ensure the reliability and functionality of generators located at multiple facilities throughout Santa Rosa County.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, equipment, labor, tools, transportation, and incidental services required to perform comprehensive generator repair and maintenance services. This includes scheduled preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and emergency response services for various generators. All services must comply with applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, industry best practices, and County requirements.

Period of Performance
The term of this Agreement shall begin upon approval by the Board of County Commissioners and will continue for a period of one (1) year from the date of execution. The contract may be renewed upon mutual written agreement for up to four additional one-year terms.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at multiple facilities throughout Santa Rosa County, Florida.

Bidder Requirements
Contractors must be certified and insured entities with the necessary experience to provide the desired services. They must comply with insurance requirements including workers' compensation, commercial general liability, and business auto liability insurance. Additionally, contractors are required to certify that they are not listed on any scrutinized companies lists related to boycotting Israel or engaging in business operations in certain countries.
