General Land And Eng Surv And Mapping Svcs (GOAL)

Background
Miami-Dade County, through its Water and Sewer Department (WASD), is seeking to establish three Professional Services Agreements (PSAs) for general land engineering surveying and mapping services. The goal of this contract is to support the County's infrastructure projects related to water and sanitary sewer systems, ensuring effective management and execution of surveying tasks during various project phases.

Work Details
The selected consultants will provide a range of surveying services including:
- Land surveying activities during design, construction, and post-construction phases.
- Hydrographic surveys, underground utility locations, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) for topographic and as-built surveys.
- Photogrammetric services and laser scanning for 3D models.
- Benthic survey services.

Consultants must respond to service requests within ten days, with work assigned on a rotational basis based on workload, capabilities, project location, schedule familiarity, and conflict of interest mitigation. The contract includes provisions for reusing work products by the County.

Period of Performance
The effective term of the agreements will be five years from the date of execution.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within Miami-Dade County, Florida.
