FY2025 Maintenance and Technical Support for STACWeb and BOMSWeb

Background
The Office of the State Attorney for the Fourth Judicial Circuit is seeking maintenance and technical support for STACWeb 2.0 and BOMSWeb 2.0, which are essential software systems designed for case tracking and business office management, respectively.

Computer Information & Planning, Inc. (CIP) is the sole source provider for these products, having developed them specifically to meet the needs of the Office of State Attorney and other state requirements.

Work Details
The contract includes standard maintenance services for STACWeb 2.0 and BOMSWeb 2.0, which encompasses telephone support, system updates, and online service calls.

The total cost for maintenance is $148,523.00, with two payment options: a one-time fee of $148,523.00 due by October 1st, 2024 or twelve monthly installments of $14,852.30 starting on October 31st, 2024.
