Background
The City of Jacksonville is seeking bids for the Forensic Advantage Systems Software Suite License, aimed at automating complex forensic science processes for crime labs and medical examiners. Work Details
The contract includes the following components:
- Annual Maintenance for Forensic Advantage Server from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027.
- Forensic Advantage Named Client License for 35 Users from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027.
- Forensic Advantage Billing Plug-in from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027.
- Forensic Advantage Custom Report from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027.

Note: The vendor must be an authorized seller of The Computer Solution Company of Virginia, LLC, doing business as Forensic Advantage Systems.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on April 1, 2026, and will continue until March 31, 2027.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the City of Jacksonville's facilities located at 214 North Hogan Street, 9th Floor, Jacksonville, FL 32202.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be legally authorized to do business in Duval County and comply with all minimum requirements for this bid. They must provide proof of applicable local business licenses and demonstrate experience on similar projects. Additionally, bidders are encouraged to utilize Jacksonville Small and Emerging Businesses (JSEBs) in their proposals.
