Background
The Florida Department of Education is seeking to enter into a single source contract with Secure Passage, Inc. for the Florida Safe Schools Assessment Tool (FSSAT).

The FSSAT is a critical digital security risk assessment tool mandated for use by all Florida public school districts and individual school sites to conduct annual physical site security risk assessments as required by Florida Statutes. This initiative aims to enhance school safety planning and compliance monitoring.

Work Details
The contractor will provide ongoing revisions, template updates, system maintenance, and services for the FSSAT platform.

The FSSAT must include standardized assessment templates, generate actionable reports, and facilitate secure data entry and storage. These features are essential for supporting statewide school safety planning and compliance monitoring by the Office of Safe Schools (OSS).

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 3 years.
