Florida Interoperability Network (FIN) Maintenance

Background
The Department of Management Services (DMS) is seeking to enter into a single source contract with Motorola Solutions, Inc. for the maintenance and support of the bridge between disparate radio systems (MotoBridge) that supports the Florida Interoperability Network (FIN). This initiative is part of DMS's mission to ensure effective communication among federal, state, and local agencies during emergency operations. The need for this service arises from the unique capabilities of the existing Motorola system, which has been in place since a competitive solicitation in 2004.

Work Details
The contractor will provide maintenance services for Message Switching Systems (Radio and Telecommunications), specifically focusing on the MotoBridge equipment. The services include:
- Maintenance
- Break/fix repair or replacement
- Technical support for existing MotoBridge equipment, which encompasses radio equipment, gateways, computers, servers, and workstations.
