Flock Group Inc. dba Flock Safety is identified as the sole provider of this technology, which is designed to enhance public safety and reduce crime through advanced monitoring solutions.

Work Details
The contract involves the provision of Flock Safety's proprietary public safety technology, which includes hardware and cloud-based software solutions.
The specific products include:
- Flock Safety® LPR Cameras: Fixed, infrastructure-free license plate recognition cameras capable of capturing multiple lanes of traffic.
- Flock Safety® Long-Range LPR: Designed for capturing three or more lanes simultaneously.
- Flock Safety® Short-Range LPR: Suitable for wide-angle captures in areas like parking lots.
- Flock Safety® Flex LPR Camera: A self-installing camera with solar power options.
- FlockOS®: A public safety platform that integrates various data sources for real-time intelligence and situational awareness.
The system also includes features like Vehicle Fingerprint Technology, integrated gunshot detection, and live video integration capabilities.

Period of Performance
The contract is valid for fiscal years 2024-2025 and 2025-2026, with an issued date of July 23, 2025, and a notice end date of August 13, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Oviedo, Florida.
