Financial Auditor - Lee County BOCC, Clerk & Port Authority

Lee County, Florida is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide financial auditing services for the Lee County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), Clerk, and Port Authority. The work under this contract includes furnishing all necessary labor, services, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, transportation, skills, and incidentals as required to perform the financial audit services in accordance with the solicitation documents, which include technical specifications and/or a defined scope of work. The selected vendor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Federal Grant Requirements, specifically 2 CFR part 200, as well as all stated terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in the solicitation. Proposals are requested by the Lee County Procurement Management Division. Interested individuals or firms must submit sealed proposals in accordance with the provided specifications. Submissions must be made prior to the specified date and time, either electronically via Ion Wave or by hand-delivering to the Procurement Management Director at 2115 Second Street, 1st Floor, Fort Myers, FL 33901. Hand-delivered proposals must be received in a sealed envelope before the scheduled deadline and must be clearly marked with the solicitation name, solicitation number, bidder name, and contact information as specified in the solicitation documents. All proposers must download the Bid Invitation, complete all required Attributes, Bid Lines (if applicable), and Supplier Information, and ensure that all requested attachments are included. The Bid Invitation must also be signed and dated. Sealed proposals will be publicly opened at the Lee County Procurement Management Division office and read aloud for the purpose of selecting a vendor.
