FDOR RFP #24/25-37 S/4HANA and BW/4HANA Upgrade Implementation Services

Background
The Florida Department of Revenue Child Support Program is initiating a significant transformation project requiring an experienced SAP Software Integrator (SI).

The goal is to upgrade the existing Child Support Automated Management System (CAMS), which is based on SAP ECC, CRM, and BW, to the latest SAP S/4HANA and BW/4HANA systems. This upgrade aims to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.

Work Details
The project consists of two main parts:

Part 1 involves the implementation of S/4HANA for CRM and ECC, while Part 2 focuses on the implementation of BW/4HANA for BW. The selected vendor will need to:
- Become fully versed in the current business environment.
- Assess and identify gaps in the existing system.
- Upgrade ECC and migrate CRM functionality, including functional and technical objects, configuration, code, and data to S/4HANA.
- Ensure that existing custom code is adopted in the completed project.
- Upgrade BW to BW/4HANA.
- Ensure that existing third-party applications continue to function properly after the upgrade.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and is expected to follow a timeline aligned with the project's phases, including pre-go-live preparations, go-live activities, and post-go-live support.

Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed at the Florida Department of Revenue's facilities located at 2450 Shumard Oak Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida.
