Background
The Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) is the nation's largest consolidated juvenile justice system, focusing on enhancing public safety and building a stronger Florida. The DJJ's executive leadership team oversees a continuum of juvenile justice programs aimed at preventing delinquency and providing services to at-risk youth and their families.

The DJJ emphasizes excellence through leadership, necessitating continuous improvement in leadership skills among its executive team. This solicitation seeks a provider to create and implement an executive leadership program to strengthen these skills.

Work Details
The selected provider will design, develop, implement, and operate an executive leadership program that includes:
1. Team Leadership Assessment to evaluate team effectiveness;
2. Individual 360 Evaluations for each leader to provide feedback on strengths and growth opportunities;
3. Leadership Coaching sessions tailored to develop individual leadership skills;
4. Team Leadership Enhancement Plan aimed at improving collective team effectiveness.

The program must be adaptable for DJJ's 20-member leadership team and is expected to run for six to nine months. Providers must detail their approach, expected impact on DJJ’s goals, innovative service delivery model, and include regular progress reports and detailed invoicing.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to run for six to nine months.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Department of Juvenile Justice headquarters located in Tallahassee, Florida.
