Everpure Data Storage Hardware, Software, and Services

Background
This contract is issued by Broward County's Enterprise Technology Services Division (ETS) for the procurement of Everpure, Inc. hardware, software, support, and training. The goal is to modernize the County's enterprise storage environment by transitioning from its existing Dell EMC platform to Everpure solutions, enhancing performance, scalability, operational efficiency, and long-term cost effectiveness.

Work Details
The Contractor must provide Everpure hardware, software, subscriptions, support, and training services. This includes:

1. Provision of Everpure products as an authorized reseller at the Elite level.
2. Support for implementation and ongoing maintenance of the storage solutions.
3. Processing orders within five business days after receipt and assisting with annual true-up activities for product renewals.
4. Providing all available software updates and releases for procured subscriptions under the Evergreen Program model.
5. Ensuring hardware upgrades at least once every 36 months under the Evergreen subscription plan.
6. Delivery of products within 30 calendar days after purchase order issuance with inside delivery and installation if required.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period starts on the date of award and terminates five years later, with options for two additional three-year renewals based on satisfactory performance.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various Broward County locations as specified in individual purchase orders.

Bidder Requirements
The Contractor must be a Global System Integrator at the Elite level authorized to sell Everpure products. They must also provide a dedicated account representative and maintain a direct relationship with Everpure for order processing.
