ESRI Enterprise Advantage Program (EEAP)

Background
The Northwest Florida Water Management District is seeking to renew an annual ESRI Enterprise Advantage Program (EEAP) License and Support agreement with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. This initiative aims to enhance the agency's capabilities in geospatial technology and support its mission of managing water resources effectively.

Work Details
The contract involves the renewal of the ESRI Enterprise Advantage Program (EEAP), which includes:

1) Access to ESRI consulting services;
2) Premium support;
3) Training services;
4) One day annual planning session;
5) Up to 100 hours of ESRI Technical Advisor support;
6) Quarterly Technology Webcasts;
7) 100 ESRI Learning and Services Credits.

The services must provide enterprise-wide visioning and geospatial enablement through technical advisory, an annual planning meeting, a collaboratively developed technical work plan, and access to exclusive quarterly technology webcasts. The services are subject to the terms & conditions of the ESRI Enterprise Advantage Program Agreement (E125).

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of one year.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Northwest Florida Water Management District located at 81 Water Management Drive, Havana, FL 32333.
