ERP System Selection

Background
The South Florida Regional Transportation Authority (SFRTA) is seeking a contractor to implement an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software system solution. The goal of this contract is to enhance the operational efficiency of SFRTA by integrating various functions into a unified system, thereby improving service delivery and management capabilities.

Work Details
The selected contractor will provide all services related to the implementation of the ERP software system, which includes but is not limited to:
- Installation and configuration of the ERP software
- Ongoing provision of software licenses
- Training for SFRTA staff on the new system
- Technical support and maintenance services post-implementation
- Data migration from existing systems to the new ERP solution
- Customization of the ERP system to meet specific operational needs.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to last for a duration that aligns with the implementation timeline, typically spanning several months depending on project complexity.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at SFRTA's headquarters located at 801 NW 33rd Street, Pompano Beach, FL 33064. There may also be potential remote work options for certain aspects of implementation.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with federal regulations regarding Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) as outlined in Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 26. They are required to submit documentation demonstrating their commitment to DBE participation and must include specific forms such as the Schedule of Subcontractor Participation and Intent to Perform as a DBE Subcontractor. Additionally, bidders must certify that they do not have any unpaid federal tax liabilities or felony convictions within the past 24 months.
