Background
The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services intends to enter into a single source agreement with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI) to procure application server software. This notice is provided in accordance with statutory requirements for a 15-business-day advertisement of the agency's intent.

Work Details
The contract involves the procurement of application server software, specifically ESRI's geospatial software suite which includes ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Portal, and ArcGIS Online.

The services required under this contract include annual software maintenance, technical support services, software updates, and training for the ESRI products currently deployed. These applications are critical for mapping, data collection, analysis, and information sharing across multiple divisions within the Department such as the Division of Plant Industry and the Division of Food Safety.

The estimated dollar amount for this contract is approximately $131,775.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a term of one year.

Place of Performance
The performance will take place at the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services located at 407 S. Calhoun Street, SB-8 Mayo Building, Tallahassee, Florida 32399.

Bidder Requirements
Only ESRI is authorized to provide software maintenance, version upgrades, technical support, and training for its products. No alternative vendors or distributors can provide these required services due to ESRI’s proprietary control over its software platform.
