Description

Background
The City of St. Petersburg is seeking the services of a qualified construction management firm to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for the Enoch Davis Center Improvements located at 1111 18th Avenue South.

The Enoch D. Davis Center is an 18,000 square foot multiservice center that serves as a hub for community services and programs, including human service agencies, meeting rooms, multipurpose halls, and a fitness center. The facility aims to connect residents with various community services and programs and is operated under the Parks and Recreation Department. The project aims for LEED Certification with the objective of Gold.

Work Details
The contract consists of two phases: pre-construction services and construction phase. In the pre-construction phase, the Construction Manager will participate in design processes, perform construction cost estimating, conduct constructability analysis, value engineering analysis, manage schedules, and develop a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) at the 100% Construction Document phase.

If accepted, the construction phase will commence where the Construction Manager will be responsible for successful project performance and will publicly bid trade contracts. Specific tasks include:
